Record over last 4. I'll go 2-2 which would be pretty bah humbug but that seems to be the trend.

Nate and Brian are 1-10 against conference teams above .500, so MN and WI are out, and Nebraska will show up with their asses on fire because we’re their super bowl now like ISU.

1-3, hope like hell I’m wrong.

They will get Minnesota.

Stanley's 3 year legacy
8-5, 9-4, 9-4
3-0 in bowls
No division or conference championships
Highest finish in Big Ten West: 3rd

I hope I'm wrong too, but if they're bad enough to go 1-3, they will go 0-4. They won't beat Illinois either.

I will go with 3-1. If they do beat Wisconsin they will piss someone else down their leg.

People talk about Stanley being a Wisconsin native and what winning in Madison would do for him. Don't forget Daviyon Nixon. He is also a Wisconsin native who has been coming on the last few weeks and the Badgers power running game plays right into what he does best. He could have a big game, like Jaleel Johnson in 2016 Michigan.

This is an interesting run in these final four. I'm still trying to figure out which Wisconsin team will show up next week. The one that dismantled Michigan...and pretty much everyone else the first six games...or the one that got beat by Illinois, and struggled against Northwestern at home (needed two defensive touchdowns).

I honestly think they can run the table. What I hope, is that the bye week gave us time to find two guards that can compete and the offensive line can CONSISTENTLY execute their assignments. If we are solid in the middle and can protect Stanley...Wisconsin is beatable. That's the big question though. I really wish we had Brandon Smith though...he's a big, big loss for this team.

If we beat Wisconsin - 4-0. If we lose to Wisconsin...2-2 could sneak in.

What a bunch of pessimists. Leave Wisconsin out of the equation, we are talking about Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska. I realize Iowa's offense doesn't invoke much confidence, but it is Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska.

Yeah the best Minnesota team we've faced in a long time. They're playng with confidence and aggressiveness (2 things missing from our equation). Just because Minnesota was bad X years ago, doesn't mean they're bad now.

Everyone is looking at the Minnesota team that started the season squeaking by cupcakes. They've had an opportunity to gel a bit...and have looked solid. That being said, the competition jumps in a huge way next week. It will be evident right away if they are pretenders...because Penn State has a very very good offense...and is fast and physical on defense. There is no way Minny's QB is going to be comfortable in the pocket.

I know I’m nuts but I don’t think Wisconsin is very good. I say 3-1 and we win the West.

Alright. They are the B1G version of Baylor. We will find out if they are for real soon enough.
