Larson getting a visit from OSU

And with Matta's current recruiting class and roster, he will see ZERO playing time!! He will be an afterthought at OSU (Mullens anyone?...) where he would be a more prominent figure at Iowa. Which viewing from his ego, one would think he would enjoy that.
 
The blog said he "worked out" for Indiana. Is he getting recruited or pinning for prettier offers?
 
true. i agree he would be better off playing 30+ minutes from the start. i have been pretty impressed with how well players have developed under thad. Turner got way better and i was impressed with lighty and buford.
 
Let him go to OSU and by the time he gets to play for OSU, Fran will have his guys in place and then he can see who took his scholarship and get owned!!

Some people amaze me at how bitter they get just because a kid decides he needs to see what the best option for him is going to be

Nope! I've never hyped up the kid. He was recruited by Lickliter to play Lickliter's style of play so that doesn't excite me. This is why Fran should use his scholarship on his own guy. Glad he is talented though for other schools to see what he offers.

1. How do you have any idea about this kid's ego?
2. What does BJ Mullens have to do with anything? An afterthought? He played one year and was selected in the first round of the NBA draft.
 
How's this for speculation.....Todd Lickliter calls his best friend Thad Matta and asks Thad to pimp Iowa for him by signing Larson.

tOSU gets a good ball player, Larson, and TL gets some revenge/satisfaction.

riiiiiiiiight. Matta has bigger things to worry about than helping out TL get revenge on Iowa. If they offer him it just means that Larson is a helluva player

This. Makes no sense to rip on the kid and act like we dont want him. Everyone saying they dont want him would flip flop in approximately 8 seconds if he signed with Iowa
