Larson getting a visit from OSU

I'd be perfectly fine if this kid doesn't sign with us...I would have to say that the whole "incident" this season was a little bit of a turn off after Tucker. If I remember did he not get booted off his HS bball team??

I'm not saying Larson isn't talented, the kid looks good. Just saying choosing OSU might not get him PT for awhile but at Iowa he would most likely get immediate PT. Or maybe he doesn't care about PT but if he goes to OSU he will be burried in a LOADED class of kids ahead of him. How in the heck does Matta even have room for all these guys. Larson would be the "lowest ranked" recruit in this class. Larson would be the 4th SF/PF in the freshmen class not including current PF/SF on roster already. I just think he'd have better options. I'm worried about his HS troubles. He isn't a Hawkeye and WON'T be a Hawkeye.

so what happens if he decides to come to Iowa? I see all these negative comments towards him......

If he comes to Iowa ...great. I think Fran would welcome him. I think he gets more playing time here than he does in CBUS. Up to him. Ride the pine or get quality PT sooner. At Iowa he gets playing time sooner, no doubt.

Actually he was suspended, but not kicked off...he participated in the post season activities such as the state all star game....
