Everyone wants to throw lavish praise at this "new" approach.


If we lose this game its going to be for the same old reason.

We can't score and its been this way for years.

C.J. did everything within his powers to lose this game. He was awful! Just a troll!
 
First off great win. Gutsy. Second...CJ needs someone to throw the ball to. Could've really put Wisconsin off balance today if anyone could ever get open.
 
Need a response for the blitz pressure. CJ had very bad protection day. More designed runs for CJ

We controlled the LOS all game. We misfired several times and should have had at least 16 points. But, WUs has a very good defense. I would have liked to have seen us spread things out on passing downs to keep Schoebert from blizting. Make him guard a TE. We've been inconsistent, couple that with loss of T. Smith and you have offense out of cync. Today is why you have J. Smith running with the 1's against UNT, last week. J. Smith can get open, but he and CJ aren't in rhythm.

Pathetic, you are... We just beat a top 25 team, to go into the top 25, and you are complaining about CJ? CJ would have been just fine with last years offensive line. You know an Outland trophy winner at left tackle... another NFL player at RT... As it was, our LT had his 1st start.
 
1. The play calling was horrible. Every time we run play action to the QB's weak side it makes me feel ragey.

2. CJ had no touch on his passes today and the fumble was frustrating. Don't run with the ball down by your side!

3. I wasn't thrilled with the officiating. Some very questionable PI calls. And Wisconsin got away with A LOT of holding.

Exactly, they aren't top 10 for nothing. I have no idea why people are dogging cj bc he really had no one to throw too and his tackles were not good on the edge this game. Croston was beaten like a drum continually. This was just a defensive battle. Also we freaking own camp Randall by the way.
 
Also if you've never been to Camp Randall passing on that field is not easy and especially if you've never played there. The dome down the middle of the field from hash mark to hash mark is not easy to adapt to.

Exactly. Wisconsin D was great today. Missing Tevaun was also huge. We won and that's all that matters. CJ wasn't stellar today, but he still threaded the needle on a few passes and showed off his arm strength. Timing was off because Tevaun was gone.
