Klug - Doing what he does

This is EXACTLY why Iowa linemen are so sought after by NFL GM's. They are physically ready & game-day ready when they come in. They have techniques down & are ready to compete right away. This is the kind of info that recruits need to see as it is Iowa largest selling point with recruits. Iowa's best selling point is getting players in the NFL ready to contribute. Any serious recruit should really consider selecting Iowa over other colleges for this particular point. Why any OL or DL recruit offered by Iowa would not seriously consider Iowa is beyond me. THEY GET PLAYERS TO THE NFL WITH PROPER TECHNIQUE.

Clayborn looks good in that photo, he looks like he's lost a few.

There's a comment in there about Klug "taking coaching" ie being coachable. That's probably a pretty common trait among the unheralded Iowa guys that make it in the NFL.

good to hear. I remember watching a show on the draft with Bill Parcels on it and he said you think a bout drafting kids out of elite schools but schools like Iowa are really churning out NFL players.... some where along those lines

It sounds like Bulaga is having a very good camp at RT for GB too. He really played well toward the end last season and in the playoffs and apparently has kept getting better.

Been going head to head with Clay Matthews and holding his own, even knocked him on the ground a few times. He's earned some high praise from their OL coach James Campen, McCarthy, & Matthews.

Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press Gazette said he has been their second best lineman behind Josh Sitton so far in camp and he went to the Pro Bowl last year.
