If rating stars are irrelevant, I have an awesome idea!
Need 21 schollies filled? Go to the nearest high school and ask "who wants a full ride"? First 21 football players that say "I'll take a full ride!" Sign them!
Iowa would have all schollies filled in 10 minutes and Kirk, could then, get back to his current team, to coach them up in his 'uptempo' offensive and 'attacking' defensive schemes.
This, I believe, would leave all other programs in the dust! Too easy!
