Kirk Ferentz biggest wins.

Yep, there have been a lot of big wins and happy memories. LSU, Florida, meechigan, Michigan state, pedi state, lots.

Good stuff. some of those I would have not included but fun to read through the. Was that KF's most recent win?

Most of the really good ones happened so long ago. It seems like ages since I was legitimately excited for Iowa football.

Getting the job done against Northern Illinois and Minnesota were huge this year.

Also, didn't we beat Western Michigan once?

Northwestern 2011 was big. Snapping a three game losing streak against that powerhouse was huge. And even though we lost, the ISU game in 2012 was a moral victory for me, as it demonstrated that, contrary to popular opinion on this site, Ken O'Keefe was not the worst offensive coordinator in history.

KF is closing in on 3 years since a really Big Win and that is NOT GOOD.

IMO the last really Big Win was Mizzu Dec 28th, 2010

I agree, I like hawknik's optimism but there is a fine line better being a delusional homer and a loyal fan.

Unless this team makes exponential strides this coming season, KF is going to be closing in on 4 years before he has another big win (if even then).

Personally for me '08 PSU game was KF's greatest win.

Last post was 2013...big wins since then.

2014 - hmmm

2015 - Wisconsin jNW Nebraska

2016 - Michigan

2017 - OSU
