Kinnick Experience...

What I noticed about the concessions stands where I sit (press box side, north 35 yrd line) is if you get food and or drink and you go mid/late first 1Q, there is hardly any wait. But, if you go half time and beyond the 3rd Q. you will be waiting what seems like forever.

So, since you apparently don’t have a response to my points you must agree with them at least?

I’m assuming you’re a grown man who graduated from high school, you can do better than cue the violin.

Nope don’t Agree at all.. Fry I’ve Been attending games at Kinnick since 1985 and anyone complaining about their experience isn’t doing it right or just not built for it and it just that simple!!!!

I struggled with the decision to buy tickets this late in the season because I didn’t trust that Iowa would be having a good season at this point. Pulled the trigger on 5 tix to the Purdue game, brought my whole family plus my son’s girlfriend and traveled from KC. Stayed at my parentt’s house. Spent well over $500 for tix, tailgating necessities, parking, memorabilia, gyros, pork on sticks, stadium food and drink, boarding 2 dogs back in KC. As the game stunk on, I told my wife to help me remember next year how I felt at that moment so I don’t make the same mistake. I guess I enjoyed it all but the game, but I would much rather have saved the cash in retrospect.

Good read. I live in North Liberty (8 mi from Kinnick) and have no desire to go anymore. I have twin 10 yr old boys so I know I will have to bite the bullet and go in the future. Just a big PITA anymore, then couple that with the inconsistent product you get and .....................
