King mid-season all-American

It seems like most of his INT's happen pretty early in the games...once it happens, they stop throwing his way...

Agreed but do the scouting. You know he's catching anything or breaking up almost everything thrown his way. I simply don't understand why not go after Mabin, who's been inconsistent. I get the idea that you don't want to limit yourself offensively going in, but based on what he's done so far I wouldn't take my chances.

I wonder if either Blythe or Walsh are close to being on that list.

Or, dare I say it, KF for coach of year.

Teams still want to get their best WR involved if they can, so they attempt early. Plus, these are College QB's so they have a tendency to try & go to who they feel comfortable with or who they know makes plays. King totally disrupts their plans. He takes away one side of the field while the stout d-line controls the run game. This doesn't leave much for the O to work with and everybody else is serviceable at their positions.

Teams in the NFL still throw at Richard Sherman, Darrelle Revis, etc. Not very often, mind you, but they do try. The key is that, like those guys do, King has made the most of those few opportunities.
