Kickoff Times?

Anyone hear a kickoff time yet for WI or M State?

They usually aren't announced until around two week until kickoff. I would expect at least one to be an 11:00 am kick. The other will be 2:30.

Not that it means anything for this year, but this reminds me of last year when we played Wisky, the announcers made a big deal of Wisconsin being undefeated at home for 11:00 kickoffs with BB as their coach. A lot of good that did them.

Games that do not have a set time yet are announced 12 days prior to the game, I am about 90% certain on that (Wisconsin will be announced on Oct 11 and MSU will be announced on Oct 18).

There is a very good chance that these will both be 230 kickoffs. Here are the schedules for those weekends:

October 23- Penn State @ Minnesota TBD
Wisconsin @ Iowa TBD
Indiana @ Illinois 11 AM
MSU @ Northwestern 11 AM
Purdue @ OSU 11 AM
The 230 slot seems to be between our game and PSU/Gophers, that is a sure bet that we will get the 230 kickoff.

October 30- Northwestern @ Indiana TBD
Purdue @ Illinois TBD
MSU @ Iowa TBD
Michigan @ PSU 7 PM
OSU @ Minnesota 7 PM
Again it seems that our game is a sure bet to get the afternoon kickoff because we are clearly the best matchup left that day without a kick time announced already.

I am ready for some afternoon football in Kinnick and I do not think we will have an 11 AM kick for the whole month of October.

If you are looking at things from the ABC/ESPN perspective those are attractive match-ups and have a high probability of being 2:30 kick-offs.
