The Norm shirts are also sold on Cafepress.com. Cafepress often runs sales and has some cheaper options. Black tees are always a bit pricier. The long-sleeve black tee is on sale now for $25 ($3 off) Long Sleeve Dark T-Shirt - CafePress and there's a short-sleeve white tee for $12.99. Value T-shirt > NORM! > Coralvillain's Hawk Shop. FWIW, I have the $12.99 tee and it's good quality.
