I don't even know what Russian billiard is. I thought about googling it, but then remembered that as a conservative searching anything Russian is likely to end me up on federal watchlists. I'm sure I'm on enough already based on political contributions so I will just let you explain it if you feel necessary.

I get what you're saying - the kids need to take ownership of the program. That I agree with. It's the responsibility of the coacht to recruit the right kids or coach the kids to make that happen.

Sure but Fran is a separate topic. He is ultimately responsible for any failure or success, but that doesn't neccesarily mean he caused it.

FYI in case you were wondering I called for Fran's firing after the 17/18 season. I do not defend the man. That however doesn't strip me of objective reasoning.
