Watched the NBA draft and noticed Jaxon’s dad played football for Iowa and mother played at Drake and was an assistant women’s basketball coach at Iowa. So I looked up his rivals profile and no mention of Iowa as one of the schools that offered and recruited him. From Cincinnati so in big ten footprint.

Just seemed odd to me is all. Maybe we did, I don’t know?

At 14, he was the last player to make the cut for his high school’s freshman “B” team. At 15, he came off the bench for the JV team. At 16, he made varsity but struggled to crack the rotation. Now, one month removed from his 19th birthday, Hayes is the Big 12’s reigning freshman of the year, a 6-foot-11 shot-blocking, rim-running monster drawing comparisons to the likes of Jarrett Allen and Clint Capela.

Really dumb. The anti-Fran sentiment from the board is ridiculous at times. Guy had his team a shot away from the Sweet 16 last year and people want him fired....
