January to end of February 2021 football for BIG?

Not gonna happen. NFL draft prospects will opt out and get ready for the draft, the idea of playing 23 games in one year is ludicrous, not to mention the next NBA season and college basketball will likely have started by then so lots of competition. NFL playoffs anyone? I don't think Kevin Warren had any intent on having any football this season. If so, why after 5 or 6 months did this plan B not materialize just in case? Why is it taking Jeff Brohm and Ryan Day to press the issue with plans of their own? I think you are more likely to see 6 teams in the conference band together to play 10 games (play the other 5 teams twice home and home) than you are to see spring football. The 6 teams are Iowa, Michigan, Ohio State, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Penn State. They have gotten more accomplished in 2 weeks trying to get a fall season together than Kevin Warren has in 5 months in pushing for a spring season.

That's just Kevan Warren and the BIG throwing together a plan to appease the people and to help to endure the backlash.

They aren't going to play in January. Right after the holidays and into January is the peak of the viral season. Why do they think they could pull that off this year compared to last without a vaccine. Also, why would playing indoors be better than playing outdoors, besides the risk for injuries during the middle of winter, which is another stupid idea.

This has now turned political, IMO.

Again, throwing this out there is the BIG attempting to save face.
