If you haven't watched this video please do. This makes me sick to my stomach that this kind of behavior is not only tolerated, but defended by the authorities in Tallahassee. Everyone should be fired and Winston should be in jail. This is disgusting.

I knew this was going to be tough to watch, and it was. There was a lot credible evidence the girl was raped, but the Tallahassee police effed it up. This is probably an injustice that will never be rectified. Stomach-churning.

The more I think about it the more upset I get. I don't want to believe that I live in a country where a famous college football player rapes someone and the local authorities cover it up. Maybe you can rape women as a member of ISIS and none of your fellow terrorists would care, but to think that the Tallahassee police blatantly ignored the investigation because he was FSU's QB is simply astonishing to me. Maybe it shouldn't be, but I just can't believe any grown *** man in a modern society, especially one with a badge, could turn the other way in the raping of a young woman. It's disgusting. I hope like hell this information goes viral and the FSU admin and Tallahassee Police Dept start to feel the heat. They need to be held accountable.

I like how Winston came out a few days ago and said he would sue if this was aired. Congrats Jameis, first you raped her literally, and now you're going to try and rape her in the courtroom.

He might be in the courtroom again, but it will be as a defendant, in a civil case.

P.O.S., and so is Jimbo Fisher.

He should go ahead and do that.

The pre-trial discovery process will be super fun for him.

Tallahassee police stated that the complaint was made inactive "when the victim in the case broke off contact with TPD, and her attorney indicated she did not want to move forward at that time" and then re-examined after media requests for information started coming in early November. On December 5, 2013, State Attorney Willie Meggs announced the completion of the investigation and that no charges would be filed against anyone in this case, citing "major issues" with the woman's testimony.

There is a civil case starting in 2017. She is suing Jameis and Jameis is suing her for defamation.

She stated that she believed she had been drugged. Would the blood tests done the next day not pick something like that up? If something was found in her system wouldn't the "consensual sex" defense become irrelevant? Winston is a dirt bag.

I was wondering that too. If she went to the Emergency Room, which she did, you would think they would have performed a drug test and confirmed whether or not drugs were in her system. The video didn't comment on that which leads me to believe they didn't find anything, but who knows?

Sounds similar to the UNL case in that the police, intentionally or not just dropped the ball. With violent crimes involving major college athletes I wonder if the local police should be removed from the situation to a more impartial law agency?

Are u actually surprised by this, or Ray Lewis, or Hardy, etc.

Not surprised by it. Doesn't make it right though. It's horrible. The young lady deserves to sue him for all his money and he deserves to spend the rest of his miserable existence inside a prison with someone else pushing his head down onto the bathroom floor while he's begging them to stop.

Easy there Stalin. He wasn't prosecuted for multiple reasons including sizable holes in her story.
