This was exactly why I never doubted his recruitment. In fact, if you go back and look I know I argued multiple times with people that the kid just has that winner mentality to him. Size, quickness, and athleticism are great. Don't get me wrong. However, sometimes a lot can be said about simply knowing how to get your team in the right play, running the offense in order to get good shots, and when it is your turn to take the shot you have the confidence to step up and knock it down. Bohannon isn't great at anything right now, but he'a a true freshman and he has played much better than I thought he would to start his collegiate career. Which is great because it's building confidence. I promise you one thing... He's a kid who, had Iowa not offered him, would have went to UNI and haunted the Hawks for not recruiting him for the next 4 years. I am thrilled he's a Hawk instead.
