It's all coming back to me now

I was as big of a Bulls fan as you could find when I was a kid. Rarely missed a game during in the 1990's during the 6 Championship run thanks to WGN. Once Jordan retired I lost interest in the Bulls. I was more of Jordan fan than anything I think.

But now watching the Playoffs it's all coming back. The United Center, the defense chant with the electric organ.

This Bulls team is young and could go on another multiple championship run. Derrick Rose is only going to keep improving his 3-ball. Rose has a Jordanesque pull up J and he even has the rather flat looking 3-ball like Jordan had.

The Bulls are back baby and they're going to back for a long time!

And NOW, all of a sudden, you're a big fan again? smh..

Agreed. I did not pay as much attention for a few years after Jordan retired, but never really left like you did. Went to a couple games in the early-mid 2000s. Liked seeing Hinrich in a Bulls uni but those were pretty poor years.
I really got back into them in Rose's first year. The 7 game series against the Celtics was what did it for me. Brought me back with avengence. That was just an awesome series.
I went to a couple games the last few years and made to one regular season game this year and game 1 against the Hawks. It was awesome, they really are fun to watch and Rose always does a couple things a game that make you say WOW!
I am hoping for a birth in the finals in 5 or 6 games and a tough series against the sHeat. GO BULLS!!!

So you liked the Bulls when they were good, then didn't care when they sucked, and now like them again when they're good. Shocking.

Being the champions the bulls once were demands a little patience through a rough period but the cubs are not worthy.

The Bulls already seem to have figured out how to defend Miami. I envision boos reigning down in Miami in game 4 as the Bulls are on the verge of the sweep.

And if there's is one thing Kaldy is known for, it is his great predictions. Just wait for Rich Rod and his unstoppable Michigan Wolverines to tear up the B10 this fall!

Rich Rod doesn't even make the top 5 list of greatest predictions. CJ Fiedorowicz starting by mid-season would probably make the top 5.

Come on, I think this is more a product of NBA regular season being too long and Bulls not being a true local team more than these guys just being "bandwagon" fans.

Many people interested in NBA fail to tune in until the playoffs, and when your not in the playoffs its easy to lose interest.

I'm just a bandwagon fan of Brian Scalabrine. I root for whoever The Human Victory Cigar plays for. Is it a coincidence that he leaves the Celtics and they fall apart this year while the Bulls all of a sudden become title contenders? I think not.

Fact. He's the glue of every team he's ever "played" for

Been a Bulls fan since the Bob Love teams in the 70's.
Suffered thru the 99-08 decade with bad luck, bad high picks like Eddy Curry and Marcus Fizer, and bad bb. Finally, the lottery balls in 2008 gave the 1.7% chance Bulls the huge prize....#1!!! DRose was the right pick, and now they are back, baby!!
Anyone who was in Chicago during the 90-98 era knows just how wild this town gets in the spring playoff runs of those teams....more on the way now, hopefully.

Game 1 ...everything the Bulls could have hoped for came thru...bench was fantastic, shooting was solid(especially from the arc) and defense/rebounding dominant.

Game 2 will probably be a lot different after the Heat got punched in the mouth...I figure a close game...Bulls need it,badly,to keep the dream alive.

You will never catch me watching a regular season NBA game, but I do enjoy the playoffs. Having the Bulls being a contender again is also nice.

I've been rooting for them mainly because of Rose, love that guy. Also because of Korver. They are fun to watch, play good team defense and rebound. Oh, and because I want Lebron and Co. to lose.

I'm just giving him grief. I couldn't care less about bandwagon fans. So since i don't have an NBA team am I supposed to just not root for anyone? Crying about someone being a bandwagon fan is stupid.

I was a huge Bulls fan....grew up when Jordan was in his heyday. Still followed the Bulls, but those were not the best years. Liked watching Hinrich though....but the losing got old in a hurry. But now it's just like when I was younger....Bulls are dominant and they have the MVP.

Just think of how different this team would be if they had drafted Beasley instead of Rose as some "experts" wanted.
