ISU Week is Here



I have a huge amount of distain for this ISU week.
It's like tiny little daggers in my neck!

We have nothing to gain from this and I'd love to see it go away!
 


Because without that call ISU wins right?
I don't have a crystal ball so I wouldn't know. Certainly is conceivable though...game would've been 3-3 at that point late in the 3rd Quarter...and ISU would've had the ball with great field position. Doesn't mean they win though...but they certainly might have.
 


So me and my buddy Jack Handey were out at the Wagon Wheel last Thursday night having a few beers, watching ISU play some high school team that was making them look real good and I noticed during one of the commercials Jack was staring intently out into space. Now, Jack is one of many of my friends who are given to deep thought, so noticing him silently staring out like that wasn’t really too extraordinary or unexpected. I gave him his space for awhile and then I said, “Hey Jack, what are you thinking about?â€

He replied, “Albie, you know what would make a good story? Something about a clown who makes people happy, but inside he’s real sad. And also, he has severe diarrhea!†I said to him, “You might want to hang around Kinnick Stadium next Saturday afternoon. I bet you’ll see a bunch of clowns just like that. Then I turned away and discretely scratched at the rash that had recently flared up on my buttocks and I thought to myself, “It would be even more funny if the clown was sad, had diarrhea, caught my rash, and then while on his way back home to Ames he got a flat tire on his clown bus right here in Coralville. Now that is a story that would make me smile! --------------- :D :D :D :p ;) :cool:
 






Funny, when I just played that video on YouTube the advertisement was for "The Cleaning Authority." Somehow seemed appropriate.

I would think that if you claim you are a fan of both ISU and Iowa that you would try to remain as impartial as possible regarding the ISU/Iowa game. The fact that you **** and moan about stupid stuff like this only proves that your total allegiances lay with ISU and you're only over here just to troll. In fact, you're worse than a troll, you're a sandbagging troll. You stick around forever, racking up a post count, acting like you're an Iowa fan, and then when you get people to believe you the trolling begins.
 


Way to misstate things Norwalk. I am not, nor have I ever claimed to be, impartial. I have been posting regularly hear and at this site's predecessors for MANY years...and have fully acknowledged that I am an ISU fan first and always. Iowa is my 2nd favorite team....2nd. Further, I have never "trolled" in my life...unless you consider simply having a positive view of ISU to be trolling.

Here's your challenge, since you want to call me a troll....please cite ANYTHING I've written that is a provocative criticism of the Iowa Hawkeyes?

Of course, you won't find anything...because it doesn't exist...though I imagine you'll still persist in embarrassing yourself with unfounded accusations and childishness. Best of luck to you on your quest, Norwalk.
