Is Wade Phillips gone tonight?

This season has been a disaster for the cowboys. It seams the team has no chemistry. The running backs cant block for sh!t and has cost Romo half the season. They are lucky he didn't get hurt worse. Watching the game tonight, the team has quit on several plays. I don't know if the players are playing for wade anymore! I'm glad I'm not a cowboys fan.

He should have been canned last year. It will be interesting to see who Jerry Jones hires next.

Jones has said that he won't be making any changes this year.

It doesn't make a lot of sense for him to do anything during the season unless he plans to replace Philips internally and he's found someone to replace that person that he likes--i.e., he wants to promote the DC to HC and he can find a new DC.

I think he's probably going to take his time finding a replacement and has written off this year. Hey Jerry, I hear that Tim Brewster is available. He tauts an outstanding winning percentage* if you ignore his losses and give him credit for games he spectated.
