He does sound like a punk, but Weiss made a mistake speaking out like that. I guarantee you KF has had many times he's probably have loved to tell "the rest of the story" publicly but gritted his teeth. That's because unlike FrontButt Charlie, he's mature enough to understand that doing so has virtually no upside, and plenty of downside potential for blowback.

It can be frustrating for fans, but KF really does it the right way.

I will say that Les Miles' slam of Gunner Kiel yesterday was worse. What's with the immature outbursts from college coaches?

If in fact what the kid is saying is true then he did what was best for him by not showing up to the meeting. I don't see the issue here. Weis is just being Weis.

Yes he should have been more diplomatic about it. But it was quite refreshing to hear a coach give a straight answer and not use monotone coach speak.
