Is KF the TV baseball analyst for Cubs?

I am listening now and whoever the guy is it sounds just like KF. The tone, timbre, etc in the voice but not the football cliches.

My friends from Chicago told me all of the Cubs radio and TV commentators suck. If KF was doing baseball play-by-play he would suck. He is sooooo low-key and dry. Great football coach, horrible play-by-play.

Does he keep saying the Cubs are good "on that front"? Amazing he can do that well with all that Big Red in his mouth.
