We sure have recruited a significant number of really good kickers. Pretty amazing when you go through the list.

Stevens must have been hurt at the end of 2023. It's the only explanation why he finished so poorly that year.

Glad he's had a monster yr. Hope he comes back and doesn't go pro cause that 5 star kicker recruit we had just backed out and decommitted for next yr. Tea leaves seem to say Michigan is involved and well $$$ talks. They just bought the QB that had been a local kid committed to LSU they got him to flip. So they looked at recruiting rankings and saw the #1 kicker and got ahold of him. No surprise it's the wild wild west.

I'm not even mad about this cause we don't normally use schollys for kickers initially. They usually have to start for a yr before getting one if they even do then. We can get another kicker. It just woulda been a nice feather in the cap to say they got the #1 kicker recruit is all.
