I would not like to make a choice between the two, especially this early in B's career. However, the day of a single running back carrying the full load in BCS football is over, and has been for a while. Jon is right: Change up running backs, at least two, are the order of the day. And, Iowa really does need a running back who can go the distance, partly to score more points and partly to keep the defense thinking. I really like B's ability to catch the ball out of the backfield; I thought he played really well on Saturday...I was at the game and watched a replay later. He will take a beating, maybe more on pass blocking than running the ball. I, too, did not think he looked all that fast. I am ready to change my mind and certainly teh 23 yard run was a good example. Also, a couple of times I saw him wait, wait, wait and then burst with really good effect. We have GOT to run at least one other running back, maybe around 25% of the time. Can't wait for Saturday!
