***Iowa vs Purdue Game thread***

Well it was fun while it lasted but the no offense killed us and not getting the QB.
 
We look very very average without pressure on the QB to get turnovers. Purdue's Oline was supposed to be a weakness from what I heard but they blocked great
 
Definition of a letdown game. Iowa certainly isn't #2, but they aren't as shit as they look today, either. Purdue has it's issues but they know how to effectively move the ball against this zone defense.
 
It's been proven that we aren't the #2 team in the land. Let's try to get to Indy. In your heart of hearts you knew we weren't. It was fun dreaming for a couple weeks. Time to get to work on Big West title.

We all knew Iowa wasn't the second best team in the country, but nobody expected a Purdue beatdown.
 
It is inexplicable that five defenders could be around a guy but not a single one cover him. But regardless there is no offense to speak of. What is frustrating is that the top tier teams will replace a qb that is struggling. Not saying it would change outcome. But how could it hurt?
 
#2 in the country. coming off one of the best wins in iowa history. 12 game winning streak, longest streak in NCAA not allowing 25 points, homecoming and ya get the beat down of all beat downs to an unranked Purdue team. If all of these don’t light a fire in your asses nothing will. It’s your play and let’s see if you nut up or fold
