I'm sick of whining....we aren't good enough right now. I'm guessing it's because the book is out on us..most of our players are extremely one dimensional...force uthoff to put it on the floor with an athletic 3/4...help def...keep an eye on jok...bad shot or turnover from the othe 3 guys on the floor..repeat

How to beat Iowa, easy. Cover Peter Jok and JU and Iowa has no one else that can score.

I love me some Fran but he needs to coach up the kids. Things have changed with how the game is being called but we are not adapting. Just watch PJ and JU run their sets and get held, hip checked and hacked and nothing.

Iowa is cursed. There's just no question about it. Ohio State doesn't even have to look at the rim and it goes in. We can't win this game. When things happen like Uthoff rattling in a 3 that doesn't count and then on the next possession rattling out a 3 that would count, then OSU slips in every shot they throw up, it shows we are destined to lose.

Can't it be both things? Our defense can be better AND they are shooting above their average.

Also, their defense hasn't been great and we have missed a lot of open shots...again.

But I agree with you, we are giving them too many looks.

It is interesting how much more physical/rugby the college game is compared to the NBA. It used to be the other way around.

cut down on turnovers and better defense with ohio state cooling off a bit dont think they shoot 50% in 2nd half as well iowa by 10+ stay calm people!
