It's never worked because no one has ever really tried it before. Hoiberg is an innovator. Better question...where has it failed? Seems to be working pretty well for Gonzaga as well. Wesley and Wiltjer are pretty dang good. Izzo seems to be on board. He took two transfers last year. Heck even coach K knew he needed some help last year and signed Rodney Hood. All I see is success stories. Where have teams been torn apart by transfers??
Maybe...just maybe...thats something that you say because Fran can't land a stud transfer??
