Iowa vs Ball St Official Game Thread

Only if James Ferentz has the trigger because that snap was all on James.

Stanzi didn't exactly make an effort this time to get the ball.

Either way, we had time, and it looked like we were trying to rush it, as if there were only seconds left instead of a minute.

Like IA's performance, but it's clear Arob is too slow for a top 10 team, which IA could be.

He's fine against weaker teams, as the holes are a lot bigger and he has more time. Against AZ, and a lot of the Big 10, he's too slow.

That's an idiotic statement. Speed isn't the only attribute for an RB. John Clay isn't exactly a speed merchant.

Grow a brain before you make an ill-informed statement.

Amazing. His stats against PSU, WI, Michigan, OSU, etc. seemed to prove otherwise.

Robinson now with 190 yards for the day. 115 rushing (5.2 ypg) and 3 catches for 75 yards.

Good to see that the refs are taking direction from the ball st qb. Anyone else see that? Danials and Clayborn sack the QB - QB gets up and looks at the ref and grabs his facemask. Only then did the ref reach for his flag. Wierd

And on the replay, they showed that Ballard rather obviously did grab the face mask, although the ref then called the wrong number.

Good to see the refs make the correct call.

Brad Rodgers is quick. Much quicker than any fullback i've seen.
If you have ARob, Rodgers and Coker, we might just be ok.

DJK now 2 catches from 146 in his career...two short of Hughes and Harmon and a tie for 3rd all time at Iowa.
