Orear should be sitting out with 3 or 4 fouls by now. A couple of the traveling calls have been questionable. Probably nothing that bad, just watching the game through my Black and Gold colored glasses, so any call against Iowa is a bad call!

It wouldn't be an Iowa basketball thread without someone complaining about the refs. I thought they have actually given the Hawks a few breaks on the block/charge plays.

I agree for the most part, but I think they have at least been bad for both teams. One team isn't getting all the calls.

Disagree. I don't remember Kansas forcing the tempo on UNI last year. Did they have the athletes? UNI is just very disciplined. How do you force them to shoot faster?

The score of that game was 69-67. Do you see this game getting that high? Also, UNI was much better last year than this team. This IA team cannot press the whole game nor can they attack the rim which leads to UNI playing slowball.

The UNI player was backing into Cole. A classic submarine move. Should have been a defensive foul.

This officiating crew is missing some things.
