Moral of the story, don't recruit 2A Iowa QB's or whatever junk competition Vandy played.

Although... no sooner than I say that, Kurt Warner comes to mind. But even he ended up at UNI and Arena Football. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you're don't. Kurt Warner's are few and nowhere in between though. Let's just stick to Banks(Florida), Tate(Texas), Stanzi(Ohio)... states that produce top talent and are used to playing quality competition. In Iowa you get to play 200lb lineman, 180 linebckers and DB's running 4.8's. I'll take the average guy in a state with legit talent over the guy picking apart a bunch of kids who wouldn't even make it as a third stringer on a real high school team.
