fly-bys were cancelled until the next patriot president. apparently costs too much. truth is - it is a money shuffle - the money still gets spent for training missions, and having the 4 ship fly over on the way from the training area to rtb - costs peanuts. there is more to this - but that is the brief

that study i posted about temps on the field said the ambient temp on a field turf like ours was 157. BYU coach (in said study) got his feet burned thru his shoes just standing on the turf.

there is no cost at all to a fly by anyway - these planes/pilots are required to maintain flying hours - flybys count towards this training/flying time. you are correct as to your first sentence end.
 
Think they could get anymore advertising on the scoreboard? Hy-vee Hawkeyes is all I see.
 
First play...guessing outside zone to the left. That's what everyone is thinking it will be. If they throw on 1st and it's incomplete, that's a quick way to go 3 and out. Will be interesting to see how aggressive they are willing to be. Let's just hope the Hawks return the KO for a TD if they win the toss.
