247 has Iowa 17th in the Big Ten with 11 commits Don't think we have many skilled players although we do have a QB
I think we missed on our RB to maybe NC State. Anybody have some Information on who we are in on?
Is our offense and Ferentz age a factor

Don’t we always lag in the recruiting rankings? Point being is we tend to do more with the “perceived” rankings of our recruits than some teams that bag the 4 and 5 stars

While we do seem to over achieve on defense despite our low recruit rankings,
our offense demonstrably confirms the level of recruited of talent on that side of the ball. With the possible exception of TE, we are playing MAC-level talent at virtually every other offensive position.

We’re so bad at recruiting but how many teams start looking at guys only after we show interest?
