Here's the PI call they're bitching about (it was actually called holding, but they were too busy booing to realize it). They guy did flop, but to say this isn't holding or PI is just stupid. It's at the 2:03:38 mark.

Congrats to Iowa State. They played a ranked team in their bowl game and won. The team they beat would have rung Boston College up big time. Best wishes for the future of ISU’s football program going forward. Except when they play us.

Bad calls went both ways. ISU fans always crying as if they don't get the calls. How about the Memphis INT in the end zone that was overturned. Announcers and rules analysist said no way they overturn it. Yet "didn't have control through the catch,rolling on the ground for 20 min and when he flipped the ball to the ref it is a fumble. Seriously, WTF is a catch anymore???

Congrats to Iowa State. They played a ranked team in their bowl game and won. The team they beat would have rung Boston College up big time. Best wishes for the future of ISU’s football program going forward. Except when they play us.

BC played in a Power 5 conference. BC beat Florida State, Syracuse,Louisville and Virginia Lost the CLemson and Notre Dame.BC strength of schedule is 28th. Memphis is 63. Memphis playes in a Mid major conference and played no one this year.

I personally think that Memphis is over ranked. However the teams you have listed that BC beat collectively finished 12-20 in their conference and none of them had a winning record in their own conference play. Over-all those teams combined to be 25-26 on the year. Boston College used to be a very good program back in the day but those days are spent. Boston College did not beat one ranked team all year and beat the likes of: Northern Illinois, Central Michigan,Virginia, Connecticut, and as you mention Syracuse and Florida State. Both Florida State and Syracuse were bottom feeders in their division this year. Yeah we beat a hapless Boston College team in a NOTHING bowl game. Wow, now that I did the home work on Boston College whom we only beat by seven points I am really impressed. Way to go Kirk on beating a nothing football team!! Almost forgot to mention that the Iowa Legend coach finished 4-5 in his conference play.

Hoping for better next season.

As I recall’, Iowa won in Ames this year and your wonder boy is 0-2 against Ferentz
