You can't really "fight thru the holding". If they are going to hold him and not get called, he's not going to get open.

One game it's called, next game it's not. Hopefully, that NFL ref works the baseline when we're on offense in the 2nd half.

Yep. So Fran needs to do an Izzo or By Ryan and get in the refs ear about it - so that it starts getting called.

Agreed, but if they're not going to call it, he needs to be dramatic about it to get it called or do something aggressive to get loose. The fans appear to see it, just need the zebras to notice it.

I know what you are sayin, but the threat of taking people off the dribble has to be there, sometimes all that dribbling creates spacing for others. I all for ball movement(save the jokes), but i think it is a lot easier said than done.

When everyone is just standing still watching him dribble there's no spacing and they don't have to do anything to defend us.
 
We' Re not going undefeated in big play so regardless of the outcome stay positive. We aren't playing well and we are down two at half to one of the top 4 big teams if not top 2-3. We need to hit the offensive glass...but the guards...also too many tap out offensive boards from purdue. Get into a flow like we were early. Let the flow dictate who takes a shot. Way too much set up attempt for Jok and uthoff. Let it come with the flow of a normal motion offense.
 
Living in minnesota....the only time i see political ads is during iowa games on BTN. Can't imagine what you guys are going through down there in the motherland with the caucuses coming up

I am not talking about isolation basketball......I am talking about others moving without the basketball.
