Well, Francis is certainly the kind of off-the-dribble PG a lot of Iowa fans crave. To me, this offer is a line thrown at the idea that Thad Matta might retire soon. In that case, Fran might have a chance between coaches at tOSU.Iowa offered a scholarship to Jeremiah Francis on Monday. That would be the only scenario in which Francis would go anywhere other than tOSU it sounds like. And if Matta retires he'd still almost for sure go to Columbus.

Ahh, thanks, for some reason in my head I thought he was a 2019 recruit. Hoping we are staying in touch with him at least in case of attrition. What year is the kid out of North?
