I dont think the loss predictions have anything to do with the offense

What makes you think our defense can suddenly only give up 13?

The same way NU only gave up 14 through three quarters with a defense that is not as good as ours. Iowa's defense will get back on the turnover train, I expect at least 2-3 turnovers for Sparty. We will STILL not give up a 100 yd rusher. Need I go on?

explain to me how anyone can factually say anything about the game tomorrow......?:confused:

the title of the thread is predictions.

Am I missing the real reason why you are trying to call me out?

EDIT: here are some facts: it will be daylight tomorrow when the game starts, KF will be our head coach, I will be drinking a lot of whiskey- i mean seriously what was wrong with my post??

I asked how MSU was only going to score 13 and I took your response to be very matter of fact like there was no way you could be wrong

Maybe i just misread your tone. If thats the case, I'm sorry

I would cordially remind everyone that Iowa's D actually did get the biggest stop of the game against Wisconsin and forced them to punt midway through the 4th quarter. Game over.

The fake changed all that, but that wasn't the D's fault. Wisconsin't final drive is to its credit, but they never should have had the ball.

So this week MSU chokes. Iowa applies the noose. Hawkeyes-49 (7 TD's, 7 PAT's), MSU-9 (1 TD, 1 blocked PAT, 1 FG)

(btw - In 1985 Iowa lost its No. 1 national ranking to a mediocre Ohio State team, then came home the very next week a 6-point favorite over a strong, bowl-bound Illinois team that had tied powerful Michigan 3-3 the week before. Final Score: Iowa-59, Illinois-0)
