11 am, this game is not a big draw to say the least.
There are games less appealing than Iowa v. Michigan. Some Iowa fans seem to be the only people unaware of that.
Of all the conference games that day, it is one of the three best game. Since there will likely be two games at 2:30, it has a pretty good chance for that time slot.
I'll be surprised if it gets a 2:30 timeslot. Minnesota/Wisconsin is almost a given, considering both teams' records. Nebraska/PSU I also think gets a spot. PSU might not be good, but they're still good for TV numbers. And Ohio State/Indiana is a wild card.

Great point. TV controls the kickoff time for every team in the country but Iowa, which chooses their own game times.
If it were that obvious, we would not be waiting another week to find out the game times.
I believe that at the beginning of the season, the Big Ten allows dialogue with school administrators to try to accomadate them within reason for kickoff times. I believe that Sally Mason despises the party culture at Iowa, and the reputation of the school, and would suggest that Iowa would always prefer early kickoffs if that is an option, to keep the drunkenness to a minimum. Not saying that they act on that, but in contrast I look at NW, where Fitz lusts after later time slots for more exposure for his program....despite their horrible season they have only had like 1 -2 early kickoffs.....same for Minny. But Iowa? Almost exclusively early kickoffs...does anyone think that is just a coincidence?
Who said it was obvious? I'm making a prediction. Doesn't mesh with yours? Tough titties.
Big Ten doesn't allow night games in November, so that scenario will never happen regardless of how good either team is.
what part is untrue?
what part is untrue?
Exactly, Delaney said something the other day about "we don't prohibit November night games...." I was wondering when that changed?? I remember around 2009 the BIG moved to prohibit those...heck it even ended up in the NCAA football game...
I read it that you felt it was pretty much a given that Wis/Min and Neb/PSU will be the 2:30 games. Maybe I misinterpreted your post.
