5:00 pm kickoff to be broadcast on the new Fox Sports 1 channel. Never thought I would see another evening/night kickoff for this game. Should set a record in the state for the number of public intox/DUI arrests.

Wow. A 5pm kick really surprises me too. Wasn't expecting that at all. I should just maybe not even drink that day...

It's currently the Speed Network. Sometime in August it's going to be re-branded as Fox Sports 1 so as long as you have the Speed Network you will have it.

Look at it this way. No matter what it'll be a rookie QB, going on his first road start, in the heated in state rivalry game, and now it's under the lights. This will be a nightmare for Iowa. If people out there are hoping this will be a reversal of fortune from the 2002 night game in Iowa City then you are hugely mistaken. There will be no happy ending to this story.

The only good thing that may come out of this is the ISU fans may get drunk and stupid like they normally do and burn down half of the campus.

No, they won't. Johnny Orr will have come out to address the mob before they'd do that. He'll tell them nothing good happens after 2pm and then they'll go back home.

Na. I think Iowa runs for a ******** of yards and wins this game.

Normally I would agree, but ISU also lost 5 or 6 of their front 7 on D. I think Iowa can and will run the ball with success and won't ask for their rookie QB to do much but just manage the game.

I see another thriller, somewhere in the 13-10 range. Both offenses will suck I'm sure. I definitely see ISU coming out on top. After all, Greg Davis is still our O-coordinator.
