Iowa got one of the bad calls their way

I laughed pretty hard when I saw it.

I think it was McCabe... came over the back on a rebound and it went out of bounds and Iowa got the ball.

That's the call that always goes against Iowa, and the Hawkeyes got it to go their way last game. I seriously started laughing when it happened.

Iowa got a couple other calls too, but overall another pretty ugly officiated game both ways. We should be used to it by now, but I can't help myself. I consider it referee therapy to come and complain about it.

I can't wait until Basabe actually starts getting some calls. Hopefully Bryce will too.

Michigan was called for 22 fouls against us. We received plenty of calls spank. Our problem in that game, and in many others this season, is our defense. We can't keep guards from penetrating against us, and our rotations are not very good either.

I thought there was one ''makeup'' call that went our way also...right after a bad call on the other end.
I am still waiting for Brommer and McCabe to get a fair shake...but maybe McCabe did get one on that play you are citing. Michigan fans were complaining that Novak kept getting screwed on blocking/charging calls.....maybe it is just big white guys can never get a call,or they just never get to the spot? Brommer and McCabe simply cannot get a call on those plays.

Oh I'm not saying Iowa was the only team that got bad calls, trust me. It was horrible both ways. Maybe even slighted towards Iowa. I'm just saying that Mel and Bryce never get calls, in addition to the fact that Iowa got a call that never goes our way.

Not sure if it was the same one of which you speak but if not, they got another in the second half when Cole was fighting for an offensive rebound and I am fairly certain it ended up deflecting off his thigh out of bounds but the ref gave the ball back to Iowa.
