Nate Stanley:Even if both would have stayed our QB’s doesn’t have it in big games. He’s a good kid and a average B1G quarterback. Average in the B1G isn’t any thing to be ashamed of.
2017 @ Iowa State (Win):

2017 vs Ohio State (Win):

2018 vs Wisconsin (Loss):
14-23; 256 Yards; 2 TDs; 1 INTs
2018 @ Purdue (Loss):
21-32; 275 Yards; 1 TDs; 0 INTs; (1 rush TD)
2019 vs Mississippi State (Win):
21-31; 214 Yards; 3 TDs; 1 INTs
That “Big Game” things is such a myth. Special teams cost us the Wisconsin game, and I think you could argue defense cost us the Purdue game. Nate sucked royally against Penn State and wasn’t very good against NW. I’m not arguing that he’s the greatest ever, but he’s played big time in big games before. Hopefully he will continue to improve next year.
