Ferentz has NEVER been good at picking the best player on the field. He's the type of guy that wants the "leader" personality on the field.

If our linebackers and offensive line don't improve 7 wins might be a reach. I thought their would be a dropoff in linebacker play but I didn't expect it to be this much of a drop. They don't seem to have pass defense instincts at all.
