The 2024 class was loaded with DE's. Some weren't 4 star guys but players the staff thought had lots of potential. I suspect some of these guys will move inside.

True. It feels like Iowa tends to bulk up DE and move them inside rather than looking for those 290 pound kids right out of high school that are natural DTs. Either way, Parker loves to rotate DL so there are plenty of snaps to go around.

No way of knowing for sure, but I think so. The best connection the family has is with LW. He and Eppy played together. The family also is fond of KB, who coached AJ.

Every few years they seem to find a Joe Evans type to come off the edge. They will convert a linebacker, fullback or whatever into a productive DE.

Sure doesn't hurt. Having your older bro around for your first yr to get acclimated sure would be nice. Wonder if Eric will get in on special teams some this yr
