Interesting old article

Each year KF seems to "think slower" during in-game coaching decisions...it gets even slower after a half time of "deep thinking"...perhaps there is a normal regression of quickness for players and coaches, well, some of them?

How much heavier are the players running in the NFL combine as compared to their actual weights during the HS speed testing?

To be accurate, such testing would need to include "racial bias" tables of equality... www.govhelpseveryone.com Which allows everyone, in the end, to think they are all running at the same speeds.

The article was from 2013. When GD was OC
The horizontal pass. I thought that was kind of funny.
There are a couple things that I think are rather funny about the article.

The entire article is really kind of stupid. Of course most players are going to get just a tinge slower after 4-5 yrs of bulking up adding 35-60 lbs. Just aging will cause you to slow down in itself, and yes, even that young. Carrying the additional weight is certainly going to slow one down some.

You all remember leaving high school fit and trim and much leaner. makes sense they would fly faster at that point.

I look at it opposite than the article. I think it shows how much of an athlete these players are, in that they actually hold their own for the most part with their speed even after bulking up so much. Most of their drops are so minimal.

All I need to say about hand held timers can be summed up in the first 30 seconds of this video from yesterday

Ding ding ding. Totally wrong things I observed about the article, but worthy of an answer. Because we have an observer.
So you are saying the schools with the biggest drop in speed are the ones who don't have to add a bunch of weight to their players? Because that's not what the article indicates. Fact it indicates that the higher the recruiting classes, are the same ones who seem to get slowest. How is that possible???
Told y'all before, I'm pretty good at smelling bs. Something here just doesn't seem to add up.
