Individual practices with coaches

This rule change could not have come at a better time for the Hawkeyes. Six new players to mold into the team. The coaches developing each one their strengths & overcoming their weaknesses - before they step foot in a classroom... The tweaking of the games of the experienced players. Everyone will benefit from that. From developing Gabe's inexperienced game, to challenging Basabe, to working on Roy Jr's 3 pt shot. You name it, Fran has been working on it.

Maybe I am wrong on this, but I think Iowa will benefit more than just about any other team in the country. Good timing for a rule change...

Everyone but Ingram. But I guess he needed to stay in Indiana to work on his academics. I agree with the rest of your post.

To break the style? Not long, if at all. A good basketball player can adjust quickly, but it'll take time to lean the nuances of Fran's style.

Watching the Hawks play the last two years, I would say it took a full year to break some guys out of Lick's system completely.

How long does it take to break Uthoff of Bo's style?

Let's just say it's a good thing he is redshirting. ;)

Poor Uthoff. I bet the guy is awakened by nightmares of Bo ball....but then quickly falls asleep thinking of the boring last game he saw of Bo ball. It's like counting sheep.
