I'm gonna take this in a little different direction:
If I were Kirk Ferentz.... I'd move Hyde back to corner, start Bernstein at saftey. I'd throw more on first down, I'd develop some isolation routes for McNutt. I'd develop in practice a better #2 RB to catch the ball out of the backfield, to be used on 3rd downs in obvious passing downs. I'd fix the KO coverage issues.......
