I remember when I had my first beer

I remember having these in a grocery store I worked at in HS. Beer of the 1980's.

Hy-Vee had this generic beer they stocked. My uncle was a meat cutter there and always had this at his house. No crap. White can with black letters.

You could go to John's Grocery in the mid 1980's and get a case of Black Label for like $2.88 a case. Looking back that's about what it tasted like too but when you're a student making perhaps $25 a week and you had the weekend to get through...
