In other words....you don't really believe Iowa will go 6-0.

I didn't think you had the nads. No money or property would change hands so it isn't really gambling in the traditional sense. Just a cop-out on your part. You are all talk. But when it comes time to "put up or shut up", you scurry away.
 
I will predict that this team will play in such a way as to lead to two more huge mood swings in the fan base.

I think this is probably the best prediction. I'm going to go with 3-3 and missing the Dance after an embarrassing first round loss in the BTT.
 
I like to gamble...especially when I feel it's an easy win. So...I am willing to wager against any and all of the previous posters in this thread predicting 2-4 or worse in our final 6 games. I will take 3-3 or better. The loser(s) don't post on the basketball board again until the day of our 1st conference game next season. We can do this on the honor system or get Jon involved. Either works for me. All takers please respond before tip of the Rutgers game.
 
Being one of the most inconsistent men's BB teams in the country, they could go 6-0 or 0-6. That's what's so frustrating about Iowa BB in the past couple years.

Every good team has a bad game here and there. And every bad team has a good game here and there. Iowa, for 2 consecutive games can beat almost anybody while looking like a top ten team and then for 3 consecutive games look like a bad DII team who'd struggle against Upper Iowa. It's a cycle that keeps repeating itself over and over and over and over and over, etc. That's what has people all worked up.

Sadly, the coaching staff doesn't know why it's happening or what to do to fix it.
 
In true Iowa Bball fashion they will win the next 3 and lose the last 3, early round exit in the BTT and a busted bubble on selection Sunday.
 
4-2 gets them to 10-8. While that's where I thought they'd be at the start of the conference schedule, after their start to the conference, finishing 10-8 would now be a disappointment. I think they'd need to win 1, maybe 2, BTT games to get a bid. They've lost any margin for error with that loss to NW - that was just a horrible loss.
 
Anything other than 6-0 against this cupcake eating contest of a schedule and Iowa should be banned from NCAA tourney selection just on principle. BoneG is terrible.

If Iowa can be banned for this, I say that if you can't manage to string together 6 consecutive non trolling posts, that you should be banned from HN! Since this will never happen, you should start your ban now.
