I used to work with a guy from Jersey with a strong Jersey accent. We used to joke around and talk trash all the time. One day he got pi$$ed off at me and flashed the entire back of his hand at me and said "yo take that!" I said to him flashing the back of my hand back at him "what's that mean?" He responded by giving me the middle finger and saying "that's a weeks worth of these!" So when your boss really gets on your nerves just give him/her a weeks worth, lol.
