I know Iowa is going to get more exposure and air time with their continued success, but I like it better when they're flying under the radar.
It looks like the underdog/under-the-radar is working for this team - they have something to prove, with a chip on the shoulder, but not so much as to be bitter about it - a sort of level-headed, foxhole-type focus. Under the radar works until December, when the final BCS ranking comes out - by that time (if they run the tables) they have proved it all. For the future, I like the idea of 3- or 4-star recruits that have little arrogance about them, like most of the 5-stars do - like corn-fed beasts from the midwest This is Iowa, and that's how we play football - I love it!
