I fell asleep during our bowl game so I may have missed some of golden Jesus brilliance, but didn't he get plenty of snaps to win this game for us if he was everything you all claim him to be? Do you all really think he is our answer? Come on man. He's ok bottom line but regardless of what golden Montana is it isn't, we have a host of problems that neithet qb are going to solve. Prepare for some even longer seasons than what we've seen recently. Happy Monday to you

Well, friend, I think Kirk is stubborn and makes a lot of mistakes but I think he detests losing as much as anyone. Once you get over your anger and can think straight I imagine you'd have to admit that.

I don't think he had a great game vs. Tennessee and he's not the answer in and of himself for the woes of the Hawkeye football team but he is better than Rudock and him playing would be a good first step to having a more potent offense.

Our QB's were running for their lives the second they dropped back to pass. There wasn't 1 other game on the schedule like that.

He was certainly better against UTs 2nd and 3rd team D. Other than that, he is nowhere NEAR where Hater Nation has promised. Not even close.

Of course, half of Hater Nation now says Sokol was the answer, anyway.

CJ had is marching when the game was still 7-0. Our staff decides to run back to back fullbacks into the line, the second time our 600 carry fullback plows head first into the back of our center.

Not that we would have won, but we completely killed any momentum.

LOL. Roth believed in the Bullies of the Big Ten. He wouldn't even recognize Captain Stretch-Play in his current incarnation. And he would follow Willies and Spearman out the door before letting himself be part of this deconstruction project.

Now, I didn't type that because I think CJB isn't talented enough to be the starter. In fact I think he is. But after 16 yrs we all know Kirk. He has an iron-trap memory and a stubborn streak. That maneuvering by the Beathards in the media WILL be remembered. Kirk will not let that slide. There is nothing Kirk hates more than someone manipulating his decisions.
