Or Brian Garner. Very fast but always out of control. Way too many turnovers.
I think it says a lot for Iowa considering he was out of his commitment to come visit. Then got his scheduled changed and is now coming. If he didn't want to or wasn't considering Iowa he would have just let go.
I hope the West Coast schools stay away.
As for Iowa's chances, who knows? But, Iowa has a lot to sell right now.
While KU is a great bb program, can any other Big 12 program really offer the kind of big-time venues to play in like the Big Ten? The Big Ten has led the nation in attendance forever in bb. Last nite I watched a raucous IU home crowd rock their house with 16k..for a last place team! Both Assembly Halls(IU and Illini),Kohl,The Barn,MSU,OSU and Carver are huge arenas that draw over 12k every league game. They are storied venues, that are an important part of making the Big Ten the strongest conference, financially and academically. The BTN is in 80 million plus homes every single day of the year and show every single Big Ten game that is not national.
Sorry, but the Big 12,for all their success on the court with all that local talent, does not measure up in terms of exposure and sheer devotion to bb. Texas has great teams but often draws less than 7000 fans. OK St is about the same. OK is worse.
I am counting on Fran to paint the picture for Cezar of restoring the true glory days of Carver-Hawkeye arena...filled to the brim every nite with 15.5k of rabid Hawk fans.
He can be the catalyst for that revival, along with Melsahn,Devyn and Zach, and Aaron and Josh....as JoePa would say...''come to Iowa!!!''....and be the vanguard of the new Roman Empire,Cezar!!
There are 2 visitors this weekend. I do not know the second name.

Do you have any details on him not being a good student? I heard just the opposite.Dude was quick on quick. Unfortunately the ball didn't always go with him and his shot stunk. Oh, that and he wasnt a good student.

every cross over is a carry.. just sayin. be interesting to see how he can finish inside with the big boys.

I honestly don't care how he finishes inside (thats what she said), as long as he doesn't get kicked off the team and transfer to another program that seeks out such players.

I believe that is correct. Since didn't Fran actually play before
